The Alpe di Siusi is not only the largest mountain plateau in Europe, it is also one of the most beautiful alpine holiday regions in South Tyrol. Our farm is situated near the picturesque mountain village of Siusi, which lies at the foot of our local landmark – the sublime and majestic Mount Sciliar watches over the valley since ancient times and is considered one of the most striking mountains of the Dolomites. In the warm months of the year, on our farm Örtlhof you will live in the heart of a hikers’ paradise, which offers all nature lovers countless outdoor activities. The winter turns the region into a vacation paradise for winter sports enthusiasts.
We bought the idyllic farm in 2009, and with great attention to detail we refurbished it expansively. Since 2012, our guests can feel at home in four comfortable holiday apartments. Of course during the renovation we have taken great care to maintain the genuine and natural South Tyrolean style and to combine it harmoniously with modern facilities.
The seasons play a role on our farm Örtlhof only insofar as the leisure activities vary! In winter you will live in the middle of a winter wonderland that promises endless fun on the slopes. From spring to autumn, hiking, horseback riding, biking or golfing are on the program. One of the most beautiful golf courses in northern Italy is located only a short distance from our holiday farm in the Dolomites.
